Traditional Caesar Salad with garlic croutons and parmesan
Boston bibb lettuce & radicchio with poaches pear, gorgonzola, caramelized walnuts in a Balsamic reduction
Sliced Marinated steak with sherry mushroom sauce
Sauteed breast of chicken francaise
Penne pasta with peas, proscuitto in a pink vodka sauce
Vegetables, potato, freshly baked rolls, a variety of soft drinks, freshly brewed colombian coffee, Decaffeinated and herbal teas, and a dessert table.
