Creativity as well as the beauty and personality of the Scotties present resulted in an appealing display of the charm and history of the Scottish Terrier breed at Westminster Kennel Club’s “Meet The Breeds” exhibition at Piers 92 & 94 in New York City on Feb. 10, 2018. The booth was sponsored jointly by Scottish Terrier Club of America (STCA) and Scottish Terrier Club of Greater New York (STCGNY), and it was staffed by STCGNY volunteers led by Amy Pelle and Erica Cerny. Bill Berry was responsible for the choice of the Eileen Donan Castle in the scenic backdrop. Steve Scott added to the Scottish theme as he was formally attired in a kilt with all accessories. Lori Kelly, Heidi Reilly, Debra Scott, Julie Tedeschi, and Dana Johnston greeted visitors and shared their enthusiasm about the breed with hundreds of spectators who stopped by the booth.
